  Skin must be free of self-tanning products in order to be treated.
  Recent sun exposure may result in a cancellation of the treatment.
  Shaving the area 24-hours prior to the laser treatment is recommended.
  A Skin Specialist takes a photograph of the area being treated to provide a visual tool to measure the effectiveness of the laser treatments. Photographs are taken throughout the entire treatment regimen to illustrate the reduction in hair. Personal information and case details are kept confidential.

  Sun block is a must due to increased sun sensitivity.

Minimal risks.
Hyper or hypo-pigmentation is rare but possible.
Some individuals develop an irritation similar to hives; this irritation usually subsides in a few hours.
Blistering during the treatment may be an indication of sun exposure and may result in terminating the laser treatment.
Pimples may develop in the first few days following the treatment; the treated area should be kept clean and treated with care.
Applying an ointment or aloe vera will help prevent the treated area from drying and crusting. If crusting develops it should be allowed to fall off naturally (no picking).
An antibiotic ointment may be necessary if there is any blistering or break in the skin. Please let a Skin Specialist know as soon as possible of any blistering or break in the skin occurs
